Our Joiner have been employed by us for over 20 years and it is a point of pride that we undertake the second fix packages with our own team where ever possible and believe our skilled team are second to none in their skill and attention to detail.
The quality of our bathrooms and tiling is always a feature of our schemes. We know from experience that if the kitchens and bathrooms are stunning, then the overall appearance of any scheme is improved. Often when the budgets allow, we like to deliver handmade furniture. Such as Kitchen. Our tilers have worked for us for many years and understand our stringent requirements for quality.
On a recent residential housing project and knowing the quality and cost of the project dictated that we delivered something special. We sourced a local high quality Joinery company to provide us with bespoke handmade painted kitchens. The kitchens were of the highest quality and to a standard which would compare with any major names in the marketplace. This is most definitely a signature of a Trilandium built property.
As both Builders and Developers, we understand the need for delivering both quality, and best value, our motivation is always to exceed expectations and deliver or source the best available to the budget of the client. Our decision made when dealing with a client’s requirements is to focus on procuring items which not only deliver on cost, but more importantly deliver on appearance and quality. We see only too often builders shaving their costs and ultimately delivering substandard products. Our ethos is to deliver what is right. Not what is financially the best option.
